I made Chimera one of those berry smoothies that were on the news. It looked easy enough.

[He turns the camera down to show that he's sitting on said Tyranitar's back; Chimera is lying on the ground and happily gnawing on what looks like a large popsicle.]

Only the good ones. The ones that make the edges of your hands really intense and they leave little trails in the air.

You can't put a collar on a giant clam and I hadn't figured out how to get him back in the ball at the time.

I don't really think he needs a collar now. I keep up with him pretty good. It was a really rough night when I showed up and I wasn't thinking straight.

Yeah. Pokedex says he'll evolve into a water-ice if I can get an evolution stone. But I want to train him more first.

Evolution stone? That sounds familiar. That's the stone that can make your pokemon turn into something else regardless on how experienced they are.

What do you mean? Were you just super angry when you first showed up here and so you had to draw on him to let the emotions out? [ Momo does this... sometimes. She doesn't really draw angry, violent things but she draws kinda sad and lonely things when she's upset. ]

Oh. I'm sorry to hear that. [ She briefly ruffles her brow in an immense amount of sympathy. ] If it helps any, Johto isn't really scary. It's weird and sometimes frightening things happen, but it's mostly light and happy.

That's fair! When your world is filled with conflict, you'll latch onto anything that's peacefuller. This world is fun and it has a lot of cute animals! I'm sure there's a billion of things you can do here that can make you feel like you lived a really nice life!

You take photographs? Do you just usually use a camera? Or, do you sometimes do really cool things to your photos, like, find a way to bring out the sunset in the background or something.

_{[The photographer nods.]} Yeah, I like disposable cameras the best because here in Johto something could happen to a really expensive one. I don't really have a way to edit them, though. I just try my best to make them look nice the first time around.

I think I saw an advertisement for a pencil case that was so strong, even a Snorlax stomp couldn't crush them! [ She's thinking about this. A little too much, actually. ] So maybe there is an indestructible camera or something around! I mean, I know the pokégear can take pictures but probably not anything like an actual camera, and, a pokégear isn't indestructible. I bet you're really skilled with taking pictures then, anyways!

Hrmmmmm a camera case like that would be pretty awesome.

Not yet. I'm afraid I'm not much of a trainer. My pokemon aren't very high leveled.

It's okay! My pokémon grow slowly, but I use a lot of creative strategies to make up for it! You may not be much of a trainer, but you should keep training to try and build up your pokémon's skill set. Growth is an important part of training! I'll train with you, if you want? We can both take it easy!

Maybe so. We'll have to see.
