It's official. Our house is haunted.

I used to know what to do for ghosts but I've said every prayer I know and I've lit candles. I've been finding the cabinets open. I've been hearing bare footsteps and creepy giggling in the middle of the night. I know it isn't anyone in the house and it's none of the Pokemon. I looked in on them when I heard it and they were all asleep.

_{[He pauses. He listens.]}

Something in this house is making toast. And I know for a fact that it is none of the Pokemon. I placed every single Pokemon in this house in front of the toaster with the necessary tools and none of them could do it.

I need your help. Anyone. Please.

Ghost Pokemon are a thing here, and I'm pretty sure there's services you can call to get rid of a Gastly in your walls or whatever.

IT isn't a Pokemon leaving smudged human hand prints too small to belong to anyone in the house all over things.

You KNOW ghost-types can do all kinds of shit.

That sounds like something Slightly would do without even thinking about it. And his hands are tiny and stupid.

If it were Slightly, he would have written a bunch of misspelled swears all over the fridge in peanut butter.

Well, yeah, of course it's not him, he's in the box right now, but point is, he could.

Maybe there's a wild Gengar with slightly fewer tendencies towards vandalism lurking around the house. It is getting cold out. I'm pretty sure I've read about wild Pokemon being more likely to wind up sneaking into buildings in the winter.
